Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Al'Inventory ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Al'Inventory is an inventory management application that integrates with Clover POS systems to help businesses track products, manage stock levels, and synchronize inventory data with point-of-sale operations.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Admin users are responsible for employee access permissions

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Share login credentials between multiple businesses
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

5. Clover Integration

• You must have an active Clover merchant account
• You authorize us to access your Clover data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We are not responsible for Clover service disruptions
• Clover's terms and fees are separate from ours

6. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all business data you input
• Our Software: We retain ownership of the application and its code
• Export: You may export your data at any time
• Deletion: Upon account termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for inventory discrepancies or business losses
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al'Inventory and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time via Settings
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked
• Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lea County, New Mexico.
